Payment Methods:

We accept the following Credit Cards: Visa and Master Card. We also accept payment via Bank Transfer. When using this option (Bank Transfer) payment must be made 3 days prior or same day to the date of delivery which ever comes first - so payment is received, and the delivery can be made on the specified day.

Delivery Time Frame:

Same day delivery can be made when ordering by 12 pm that day. If you are sending to a school or a business please let us know. We try to make all deliveries by 5pm of that day. We can't do specified times but will do our best to be there around that time.


Special Deliveries: Mothers Day and Valentines Day.
Sunday delivery is available for Mothers Day and Valentines Day should it fall on a Sunday and is ordered prior to the Sunday eg: Fri or Sat for Sunday delivery. 

2026 Valentines day falls on a Saturday. For Valentines Day this year 2026, we will be doing Deliveries on Friday 13th and Saturday 14th. Last day to order is Friday 13th 4.30pm. Once the order has been placed we can not guarantee any changes. So please have correct details when ordering.  

Should no one be home, our drivers will find a safe place to leave the flowers/order out of weather and street view. In most cases we will ring you and send a photo of where it has been left.  On Special Occasions such as Mothers Day and Valentines Day this may not be possible due to the volume. If your order has been left unattended by our delivery drivers in a deemed safe place and in the unlikely instance your order cannot be found or stolen, we accept no responsibility and are unable to provide a refund since flowers are perishable items and we will have done our best to contact the sender and/or the recipient before leaving the order unattended.

School deliveries are available for same day delivery when ordered before 12 pm, day of delivery.
All hospital deliveries are considered as delivered even if it is left safely at the nurse's station. Please check that the recipient can accept flowers in their wards before placing the order.
All hotel deliveries are considered delivered when left safely with concierge or reception.
All business deliveries with security are considered delivered when left safely with security reception.

With most apartment (Unit blocks) deliveries, we would appreciate a phone number for the recipient so we can call before dispatching the goods. This reduces problems with security entrances, pets, and theft within the building in case the order is left outside the apartment/unit door during the day.

With home deliveries, when the recipient is not home, flowers are left in water in a safe place (out of sun, rain, wind and sight of the public/street), a message will be left in their letterbox or a text message is sent to the Recipient, if given a phone number that they have a delivery and the location of that delivery. If we do not have those details a message will be sent to the Sender.

Delivery Brisbane:
We deliver flowers all over Brisbane. Our Local suburbs (Coopers Plains, Salisbury, Tarragindi, Rocklea and Acacia Ridge).
On Valentines Day we only deliver to areas 10klm from place of Business. 

We don't deliver to Brisbane City.   Additional fees for delivery, occur if not listed on our preferred delivery area route. But please call to discuss.

Unable to deliver: We will contact you through the information you have given eg contact number. If we can not contact you, we will email you later that day. It is vital we have to correct information so we can make deliveries as close as possible to the delivery date. Should we not hear from you within 48 hrs we will deem order as undelivered - there is no refund in this instance. We try everything possible to find the recipients and make contact with you the sender. Please ensure all information is correct.

Substitution Policy:
All our photos are examples of previously made. - If we can not get the flowers shown in the photo we will substitute with similar flower of cost or above. We will also substitute colour if that colour is not available, but keep it in the shade of colour, eg bright for bright, pastel for pastel.  We only use fresh in season flowers to make all Arrangements and Bouquets.
You can place an order and ask for specific flowers but they must be in season at the time of order. We take no responsibility if they are not available at the time of order. We will contact you before hand to discuss. 

Hampers and Alcohol:

When making customers Hampers, should any contain Alcohol - by law we are not allowed to sell to person under the age of 18. When delivering the hamper containing any Alcohol identification is required by the recipient to ensure they are of age. Should they be under the age of 18 the Alcohol will not be delivered. Gullys Garden will not be held accountable should the purchasers/recipient of drinking age decide to supply any person under the drink age.
Once food hampers are made and delivered we can not take back any product so please choose carefully
Any Alcohol order must be ordered with another product eg Flowers, plant or other gifts. We can not supply on its own.
